Bachelor Seminar: Perception for Intelligent Systems (IN0014)
Contents
Perception forms the cornerstone of intelligent systems, enabling them to understand and interact with their surroundings. In this seminar, we will discuss different perception tasks for mobile robots as an embodiment of an intelligent system. The students will learn about reading research papers and providing constructive reviews. They will write a short review paper on relevant topics and present their results in a colloquium to their peers.
Related topics include but are not limited to: Sensors in robotics, localization and mapping (classical and learning-based), semantic scene understanding, navigation and control.
