Biographie
Anna Prado completed her Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Communication Engineering at Bauman Moscow State Technical University in Russia in 2017. She received her Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at the Technical University of Munich in May 2020. Her Master’s thesis was on handover-aware resource allocation in wireless heterogeneous LiFi-WiFi networks. In June 2020, she joined the Chair of Communication Networks as a Research and Teaching Associate, where she is currently pursuing her PhD. Her research focuses on context-aware mobility management in 5G/ 6G networks.
Forschung
- Mobility management in 5G/6G networks
- Simulation of wireless networks
- Digital twins for 6G networks
In her research, Anna investigates handover algorithms and how their number can be minimized while at the same time providing smooth connectivity to the mobile users. In her research, she applies techniques like optimization and reinforcement learning.
