The 15th Wireless On-demand Network systems and Services Conference (WONS 2019), which took place from January 22-24, 2019 in Wengen, Switzerland has given the Best Paper Award to the Paper "Grant-Free Access with Multipacket Reception: Analysis and Reinforcement Learning Optimization" authored by Augustin Jacquelin, Mikhail Vilgelm and Wolfgang Kellerer.
