The paper titled "Sensor Fusion Neural Networks for Gesture Recognition on Low-Power Edge Devices" authored by Gabor Balazs, Mateusz Chmurski, Walter Stechele, and Mariusz Zubert has been accepted for presentation at the International Conference on Agents and Artificial Intelligence (ICAART 2021).

The authors investigate hand gesture recognition based on radar sensors for in-vehicle applications. They propose gesture classification networks targeting low cost embedded platforms. The proposed approaches perform equally compared to high performance neural networks with 3D convolutions, but need less than 10% of the memory.
