Prof. Sami Haddadin was among the first three finalists of the 2018 IEEE Transactions on Robotics Best Paper award as Honorable Mention with the publication "Exploiting Elastic Energy Storage for "Blind" Cyclic Manipulation: Modeling, Stability Analysis, Control, and Experiments for Dribbling".

The award ceremony will take place at ICRA 2019 in Montreal.
