advisor offers freshmen the opportunity to hone in on their soft skills - and this is where you come in - under your lead. You are their tutor or as we like to say: You are the advisor.
This is what you get:
- One year full of opportunities to take responsibility, to try things out and to grow with challenges.
- Soft skill seminars to the topics like team development/leading, workshop organization, communication, project and time management, held by professional coaches out of industries.
- 6 ECTS in "Soft Skills". This means you won't need anything else for that.
- 500 € for your work as an advisor
