The Chair for Data Processing was this year with our assistant lecturer Dr. Hao Shen and our collaborators Alexander Sagel and Martin Gottwald at the "Neural Information Processing Systems" conference in Montréal.
Dr. Hao Shen introduced his work "A Differential Topological View of Challenges in Learning with Feedforward Neural Networks" as poster during the workshop "Integration of Deep Learning Theories".
Alexander Sagel and Martin Gottwald presented their approach to a geometric interpretation of Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) "Never Mind the Density, Here’s the Level Set" in the "Bayesian Deep Learning" workshop.
