The institute of Electronic Design Automation at TUM welcomes Dr. Sani Nassif, to a research stay.
Dr. Nassif, a world-renowned expert on simulation, optimization and statistics, with 28 years of R&D experience at Bell Labs and IBM Research, will be our guest for the first week of October 2014.
On Monday, October 6, he gives a talk on "VLSI EDA 2.0: Life past Moore as we await the Nano Savior".
Dr. Nassif is a pioneer in bringing electronic design automation to other areas. He recently co-founded Radyalis, which provides tools that accelerate proton cancer treatment planning by orders of magnitude.
