We are happy to announce that Prof. Ulf Schlichtmann’s nomination of Prof. Krish Chakrabarty from Duke University, USA, for TUM-IAS Hans Fischer Senior Fellowship has been successful. The fellowship comprises an award, travel cost and support for a doctoral candidate at TUM. The research will focus on a Cyberphysical System (CPS) perspective for control of microfluidic biochips to enable realistic biochemistry on microchips. Prof. Chakrabarty will visit TUM often for extended stays over the course of the next three years. We are looking forward to host Prof. Chakrabarty at the Institute for Electronic Design Automation.
