PTF 2.0 released: The chair released a new version of the Periscope Tuning Framework (periscope.in.tum.de). Version 2.0 is based on the standard monitoring infrastructure Score-P (http://www.vi-hps.org/projects/score-p/), that was developed in a joint effort of tools groups collaborating in the Virtual Institute for High Productivity Supercomputing (VI-HPS). It is a production quality monitoring infrastructure available on all HPC systems. Combining PTF with Score-P significantly improves the portability of PTF. The new release can be downloaded at periscope.in.tum.de.
