In March 2020, Leah Strand joined the Chair of Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Real-time Systems at the TUM as a research assistant and a PhD candidate. She received her Master’s degree in Mechatronics and Information Technology from the TUM after finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science at the TUM.
She is currently working in the Providentia++ project with the goal of creating a real-time digital twin of the traffic on the Autobahn A9.
