Prof. Seeber was elected to the executive committee of the Dt. Gesellschaft für Akustik (DEGA), the German Acoustical Society. He started his three-year term on the 1st July 2016.
The DEGA is the professional society for acoustics in Germany. Presently there are about 1,900 personal members (individuals) and more than 70 sustaining members (companies).
