Dr.-Ing. Veit Kleeberger received both the Kurt-Fischer Award 2015 and the VDE Award 2015 for his dissertation on „Resilient Cross-Layer Design of Digital Integrated Circuits“.

Dr.-Ing. Martin Barke was awarded the Dissertation Award 2015 of the Bund der Freunde der TUM for his thesis "Aging Aware Robustness Validation of Digital Integrated Circuits".

Dr.-Ing. Vladimir Todorov received the Walter-Gademann Award 2015 for his dissertation „On Application-Specific Network-on-Chip Synthesis and On-Chip Trace and Debug“.
